Le palace Belle Époque, aussi appelé «l’Hôtel des Connaisseurs», n’a jamais si bien porté son nom. Dès fin mai, le lobby de l’hôtel, les travées et la terrasse adjacentes, se métamorphosent et inaugurent un nouveau bar qui fait revivre la coupole inspirée par l’Ecole Eiffel.

The Belle Époque palace, also known as “ Hotel of Connoisseurs”, has never quite lived up to its name. From the end of May, several areas in the hotel, including the lobby and terrace, are being renovated, culminating in the opening of a new bar that revitalises the cupola inspired by Eiffel’s workshops.

A t the end of May, the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo introduces Gustave , a venue resembling a series of showcases nestled at the heart of the palace. Located in the lobby opposite the main entrance, the hotel’s corridors lead to this space, which extends from the Rotunda beneath the glass roof in the Jardin d’Hiver . From there, new areas emerge for enjoying a drink from 10 am to 1 am, first in the lobby, then at the bar, along the hotel corridors, or on the terrace. Each setting offers its own atmosphere, each moment its own intimate environment for peaceful conversations. Here, naturally, the clientele of the Hôtel Hermitage is warmly welcomed. However, it also attracts local residents of the Principality, who find in this discreet and unique venue a place to dine or relax away from the crowds.

F in mai, l’Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo dévoile Gustave , un lieu comme une enfilade d’écrins nichés au cœur du palace. Dans le lobby situé à l’opposé de l’entrée principale, les allées de l’hôtel convergent vers ce lieu qui se déploie depuis la Rotonde sous la majestueuse verrière du Jardin d’Hiver. De là rayonnent de nouveaux espaces pour partager une boisson de 10 heures à 1 heure du matin, d’abord dans le lobby, puis au bar, dans les travées de l’hôtel ou en terrasse. À chaque lieu son ambiance, à chaque moment son cadre intime pour causer en toute tranquillité. Ici, évidemment, la clientèle de l’Hôtel Hermitage est naturellement conviée. Mais elle côtoie les habitués de la Principauté qui y trouvent une adresse discrète et singulière où l’on peut également manger un brin.
