Nouveau restaurant du Monte-Carlo Beach, La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo célèbre cet été une Italie goûteuse et généreuse, dans l’un des plus beaux décors du littoral azuréen. À l’extrémité de la pointe rocheuse du 5-étoiles classé Relais & Châteaux, Simone Zanoni, chef star des réseaux sociaux, a trouvé un lieu d’ancrage d’exception. Marceau Hirschel, son adjoint en salle, à l’organisation, également en charge des vins et du bar, s’apprête à piloter le service de plusieurs centaines de couverts par jour avec « la volonté de faire plaisir dans la simplicité, la convivialité et la gourmandise ». Les assiettes sont servies dans un esprit convivial, posées au centre de la table et à découvrir en famille ou entre amis. Parmi les plats signature : les crudos, les arancini, ainsi que plusieurs plats de pâtes de l’univers Zanoni, dont les tortellini carbonaras, les caramelle de veau braisé ou encore les raviolis del plin aux trois ricottas. Côté dessert, l’iconique glace fior di latte selon la recette authentique d’un village d’Italie terminera le repas tout en délicatesse. La carte décline tantôt « des choses très simples, mais faites à la perfection », tantôt des produits d’exception comme les pâtes au caviar. Le jour, l’atmosphère sera simple et raffinée ; le soir, casual chic, avec une ambiance musicale italienne pensée pour accompagner le lieu sans pour autant prendre le pas sur son charme naturel.

This summer, the new restaurant at Monte-Carlo Beach, La Vigie Zanoni Monte-Carlo, is set to celebrate generous, flavourful Italian cuisine in one of the most stunning settings along the Riviera coastline. Perched at the very tip of the rocky peninsula of this five-star Relais & Châteaux property, Simone Zanoni, a social media star chef, has found an exceptional home port. Accompanied by Marceau Hirschel, his front-of-house deputy overseeing operations, wines, and the bar, who is preparing to manage service for several hundred covers a day, the aim is “ to delight guests through simplicity, conviviality, and indulgence. ” The dishes are served in a sharing style, placed in the centre of the table for enjoyment with family or friends. Signature dishes include crudos, arancini, and a selection of pasta from the Zanoni universe, such as carbonara tortellini, braised veal caramelle, and ravioli del plin with three types of ricotta. For dessert, the iconic fior di latte ice cream, crafted according to the authentic recipe from an Italian village, provides a delicate conclusion to the meal. The menu ranges from “ very simple dishes, prepared to perfection, ” to exceptional ingredients such as caviar pasta. By day, the atmosphere will be relaxed and refined; in the evening, the mood shifts to casual chic, with Italian-inspired music that enhances the setting without overshadowing its natural charm.
