Au Café Rotonde Dans l’Atrium du Casino de Monte-Carlo, le Café Rotonde est la pause détente des visiteurs. « L’intérêt pour les mocktails est particulièrement marqué chez les touristes, notamment ceux qui conduisent et préfèrent opter pour des boissons sans alcool », souligne Loïc Le Foll, barman au Casino de Monte-Carlo. Les trois tendances fortes du moment ? Le Ross O Bell, contraction de Rossini et Bellini, « élaboré à partir d’un vin effervescent sans alcool et de nectar de fruit, impossible de faire la différence avec son équivalent alcoolisé » Le Solara, composé de jus de fruits et avec un dégradé grenadine et servi dans un verre tulipe ; et le Negroni zéro bluff, réalisé à partir de spiritueux sans alcool et privilégié par les adultes souhaitant retrouver le goût du traditionnel Negroni.
